What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and secure high-impact collaborations with third parties that enhance customer value and strengthen Trading212’s competitive edge. You will own and resolve complex problems end-to-end, taking full accountability for outcomes and ensuring lasting solutions. Building and nurturing strong relationships, both internally and externally, will be key to continuously improving our products and services. You will design, build, and optimize scalable processes that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and enable high-velocity execution. Collaborating with product teams, you will contribute insights and perspectives that push beyond the status quo. Tracking and analyzing competitive positioning and product performance globally will be part of your responsibilities, surfacing insights that inform strategy and execution. Additionally, you will manage critical operational processes and vendor relationships, ensuring excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement.
