You'll work with engineering teams and cloud partners to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and secure. This role requires strong program management skills and experience in cloud computing.

Who you are
You have a strong background in technical program management, ideally with experience in cloud computing and data infrastructure. You understand the complexities of engineering processes and can navigate high levels of ambiguity while maintaining focus on operational excellence. Your communication skills allow you to cultivate relationships with engineering teams and cloud partners effectively.
You are adept at setting engineering goals and launching programs at scale, ensuring that all solutions are engineered for reliability, scalability, and security. You thrive in environments where you can organize controls, governance, and standards across infrastructure to achieve product stability and high uptime.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of organizing and guiding processes across Databricks' Engineering organization. You will work closely with engineering teams and cloud partners to ensure that Databricks solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and security. Your responsibilities will include guiding the direction of cross-cloud programs, setting engineering goals, and launching initiatives that scale effectively.
You will be responsible for establishing controls and governance across the infrastructure, ensuring that product stability is maintained and that uptime targets are met. You will report to a Technical Program Leader and collaborate with teams across multiple time zones, managing the complexities that come with such a dynamic environment.
