You have a proven track record as a Senior Product Manager, ideally with experience in managing high-traffic digital products. Your expertise lies in understanding user behavior and translating that into actionable product strategies that drive engagement and conversion. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product experiences are compelling and optimized for growth. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and can effectively communicate with various teams, including Marketing, SEO, and Media. Your analytical mindset allows you to define and track success metrics, ensuring that every initiative contributes to long-term brand impact. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions or user feedback, always striving for excellence in your work.

Desirable

While not mandatory, experience in the education technology sector or familiarity with data literacy concepts would be advantageous. You may also have a background in digital marketing or SEO, which would enhance your ability to drive user acquisition and engagement strategies effectively.

What you'll do

You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies, using this knowledge to inform your product decisions and maintain DataCamp's competitive edge.
