Overview
WPP is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the 'Digital Pulse' squad, responsible for managing a data platform that integrates and transforms data for analytics and AI-driven insights. This role requires strong strategic and technical skills to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record as a Senior Product Manager with a focus on data platforms — you understand the intricacies of data integration and management, and you are adept at leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. Your experience includes defining product strategy and roadmaps that align with organizational goals, ensuring that stakeholders can leverage data effectively for decision-making.
You possess strong technical proficiency in data ecosystems — you are familiar with the technologies and methodologies that underpin data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives.
You thrive in collaborative environments — you enjoy working closely with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to create a shared vision for the product. Your leadership style encourages creativity and innovation, fostering a culture where team members feel empowered to contribute their ideas and expertise.
You are data-driven in your approach — you leverage analytics to inform product decisions and continuously improve the platform based on user feedback and performance metrics. Your strategic mindset enables you to anticipate market trends and adapt the product roadmap accordingly.
Desirable
Experience in AI-driven products or analytics platforms is a plus — you understand how to harness the power of AI to enhance data insights and drive business value. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools will help you navigate the fast-paced environment at WPP.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for the 'Digital Pulse' squad, you will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of the data platform product — from ideation to launch and beyond. You will define the strategy and roadmap for how data is ingested, processed, stored, and served, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of various stakeholders across the organization.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the development of the platform, ensuring that it is robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Your role will involve prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and business requirements, making data-informed decisions that drive product success.
You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs, translating these into actionable product features. Your ability to communicate effectively will help you build strong relationships with users and ensure that the product delivers real value.
You will monitor the performance of the data platform, using analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements. Your insights will help shape the future direction of the product, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with industry trends.
What we offer

We foster a culture of belonging and continuous learning, providing opportunities for professional growth and development. You will have the chance to work on impactful projects that shape the future of marketing services, leveraging the power of data and technology to drive success for our clients.
We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — we value diverse perspectives and are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve. Join us in our mission to build better futures through creativity and data-driven insights.
