What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Payments and Subscriptions team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of DataCamp's payment systems. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the backend services that ensure seamless payment processing for millions of users. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices for code quality and performance optimization. You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to elevate the overall quality of the codebase.
In addition to your technical contributions, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
