What you'll do

As a Staff AI Engineer, you will spearhead AI initiatives within the Notebooks team, serving as the technical owner for the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and AI-driven features. You will shape the long-term technical direction and strategy for AI workflows, ensuring that they align with product goals and user needs. Your role will involve championing the full development cycle, from rapid prototyping and defining success metrics to running experiments and achieving production-ready scale and reliability.

You will collaborate closely with other leaders and product teams to drive product direction, always advocating for the best end-user experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.
