What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to improve Datadog’s public-facing MCP server, enabling intelligent agents to discover and interact with our services. You will design and implement agentic tool surfaces tailored for evaluation and production use across a wide variety of AI agents. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining advanced evaluation pipelines for measuring agent performance on Datadog workflows, such as investigations, incident triage, and metric queries.

You will collaborate with internal teams to align on shared standards for tool integration and data access, ensuring that the tools you develop meet the needs of both external and internal users. Your work will have a significant impact on how agents interact with Datadog data, driving forward the next generation of agent-tool interaction models.
