What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of AI features for Datadog's APM Experiences team. You will design and implement LLM- and agent-based workflows that analyze application performance data, providing insights and recommendations to users. Your responsibilities will include prototyping quickly, defining success metrics, and running experiments to iterate on your designs. You will build robust agent systems that integrate seamlessly with Datadog's platform, ensuring that users can easily access and utilize AI-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the AI features you develop align with user needs and enhance the overall product experience. You will also be responsible for managing prompts and evaluations, designing fallbacks, and ensuring that human-in-the-loop processes are effectively implemented. Your work will directly impact how customers detect, resolve, and prevent performance issues, making a significant contribution to the success of Datadog's APM offerings.
