What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of engineers, driving their professional growth and ensuring they are engaged and productive. You will collaborate with Product to shape the strategic roadmap, having a significant impact on the product and the user experience of fellow engineers who use the product. You will engage strategically with complex technical problems and work with your team to produce well-defined and actionable plans. As a core contributor and reviewer of code, you will lead design decisions and participate in the on-call rotation, ensuring the reliability and performance of the Kubernetes Autoscaling product. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging them to explore new technologies and methodologies.
