Who you are
You have a strong background in data analytics and people operations, with at least 5 years of experience in managing technical teams. You excel in building scalable data solutions and have a deep understanding of data governance and analytics tools. Your leadership style focuses on coaching and developing team members to achieve their best performance. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including People leaders and security teams, to ensure data accuracy and usability. You are passionate about creating a positive office culture that fosters collaboration and creativity. You have experience with tools like dbt and Snowflake, which are essential for managing data pipelines and analytics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and develop a team of technical people analysts, setting clear expectations and coaching them for performance. You will define and drive the data platform roadmap, focusing on reporting tooling, data modeling, governance, and pipeline automation. You will own the architecture and development of data pipelines and models, ensuring they power analytics across the employee lifecycle. You will lead the migration to a unified people analytics reporting and dashboarding environment, which includes vendor evaluation and integration of AI capabilities. Your role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the people data foundation is accurate, trusted, and easy to use.
