What you'll do
As the Manager of Sales Development at Datadog, you will be responsible for hiring and overseeing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will facilitate the ramp-up process for new team members, teaching them how to assess company needs and strategically cater to each prospect. Your role will involve motivating your team to exceed objectives through coaching and creative incentives, while also providing growth opportunities for SDRs to develop into full-cycle sales representatives. Additionally, you will develop and maintain accurate team forecasts for the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment with the company's sales goals.
