You have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams, particularly in technology or financial services. Your experience includes scaling sales development teams in high-growth environments, where you've successfully navigated ambiguity and driven results. You possess superior communication skills, allowing you to effectively interface with senior stakeholders and articulate complex value propositions. You thrive on data-driven decision-making and enjoy building processes that enhance sales effectiveness. Your passion for emerging products, especially in payments or crypto technologies, aligns with Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the internet.
Desirable
Experience in a growth-stage internet or software company is a plus, as is familiarity with payments, stablecoins, or other crypto technologies. You have a strong executive presence and can engage with CROs and other senior external stakeholders effectively.
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Manager at Stripe, you will lead a team of inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
