What you'll do

As a Security Engineer II, Threat Detection, you will be responsible for building high-signal detection content that enhances Datadog’s security posture. You will work closely with the Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting team to operationalize telemetry from data platforms into the Cloud SIEM and Workload Protection products. Your role will involve researching emerging threats and vulnerabilities, collaborating with Cyber Threat Intelligence and Incident Response teams to respond effectively.

You will continuously evolve detection and response capabilities by creatively identifying ways to provide coverage across various technology classes, including public cloud platforms and SaaS applications. Your insights will help generate high-quality security signals that empower incident response teams to act swiftly and effectively against threats.
