You possess a strong understanding of knowledge management systems and how they can enhance customer experiences. You are adept at integrating new technologies, particularly AI, into existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers. Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and their application in knowledge management is a plus. Familiarity with customer-facing technical roles, such as Technical Account Managers or Support Engineers, will help you understand the needs of the team you support. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and maintain the roadmap for the Knowledge Systems program across the Technical Solutions organization. You will oversee the creation and implementation of systems and processes for knowledge creation, capture, dissemination, and continuous updates. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will support a dynamic onboarding process for ongoing learning and enablement of Technical Solutions to new product updates.

You will establish and oversee policies for content creation, updates, and archiving to ensure the knowledge base remains accurate, relevant, and comprehensive. Your leadership will be crucial in integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance information capture, accessibility, and utility, ensuring that knowledge is a dynamic resource that helps deliver great customer experiences and supports continuous growth and innovation.

You will work closely with technical support teams, technical writers, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization. Your role will involve regular assessments of the knowledge systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall effectiveness of the program.
