You have over 5 years of experience managing complex technical programs, demonstrating a strong understanding of security concepts and the ability to partner effectively with engineering and product teams. You thrive in a sophisticated environment, adept at driving programs from conception through delivery while mitigating risks and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse teams. You are comfortable navigating cross-functional dynamics and can foster collaboration among various departments, including Engineering, Infrastructure Product, Legal, and Operations. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all aspects of program management are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Desirable
Experience with security initiatives is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and tools that facilitate project tracking and management. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and developing strategies to address them before they escalate. You have a track record of successfully leading teams through complex projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Strava, you will lead high-priority security programs that span multiple teams.
