Datavant is hiring a Director of HRIT to lead the HRIT team and manage HR projects. You'll develop and execute HRIT strategies that align with broader organizational objectives. This role requires significant experience in HRIT management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in HRIT management, ideally with a background in healthcare technology. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage and develop teams, ensuring that HRIS analysts are supported and empowered to succeed. You understand the importance of aligning HRIT strategies with organizational goals and have a proven track record of executing comprehensive plans that drive transformation. You are adept at building relationships across departments, including HR, IT, Compliance, and Risk, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. Your ability to coach and guide teams on project management best practices sets you apart as a leader in the field. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage the HRIT team, providing direction and support to HRIS analysts. You will oversee the Transformation Program, ensuring that all HR projects are executed effectively and in alignment with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive HRIT strategy that integrates with the broader HR and IT initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact between various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve project goals. Additionally, you will provide guidance on project management standards and best practices, helping to elevate the overall effectiveness of the HRIT function. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of HR technology at Datavant, driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve employee experiences.
