What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage the HRIT team, providing direction and support to HRIS analysts. You will oversee the Transformation Program, ensuring that all HR projects are executed effectively and in alignment with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive HRIT strategy that integrates with the broader HR and IT initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact between various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve project goals. Additionally, you will provide guidance on project management standards and best practices, helping to elevate the overall effectiveness of the HRIT function.
