Who you are
You have extensive experience in managing and developing high-performance teams, particularly in the realm of communication systems and services. Your background includes working with platforms such as Ringcentral, CXOne, and NICE inContact, where you've driven service optimization and innovation through automation tooling and AI solutions like Cognigy. You understand the importance of communication system security and have upheld high standards to prevent unauthorized access to corporate IT resources.
You are skilled in negotiating and managing agreements with service providers and carriers, ensuring that your team has the necessary resources to succeed. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate communication system incidents and key performance indicators effectively, making critical decisions that impact the architecture of communication systems. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders, particularly those in the EST time zone.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and develop a high-performance team that architects, implements, and audits communication systems and services. You will drive contact center service optimization and innovation through automation tooling and AI solutions, ensuring that the systems in place are efficient and secure. Your responsibilities will include overseeing, negotiating, and managing agreements with service providers, carriers, licenses, and service plans, which are crucial for maintaining operational excellence.
