Datavant is hiring a Director of Product for Retrieval Operations to lead product strategy and execution for healthcare solutions. You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in the healthcare sector, with experience leading teams and driving product strategy. Your ability to create a vision for product suites that enhance operational capabilities is essential, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can empower others. You understand the complexities of healthcare data exchange and are passionate about delivering valuable outcomes for both Payers and Providers.
You possess strong analytical skills and can translate complex data into actionable insights. Your experience in building internal tools and enterprise capabilities will enable you to effectively support operations teams. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate the interplay of digital and manual workflows, ensuring that products meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
As the Director of Product for Retrieval Operations, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Datavant's Payer Product organization. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement a vision for a powerful product suite that supports the operations of the largest health data networks in the country. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the products you develop meet the needs of both internal operations and external customers.
You will oversee the development of internal tools that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. This includes defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product offerings.
In this role, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure that product development aligns with strategic goals and delivers high-quality outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the product initiatives and ensuring that Datavant remains a leader in healthcare data solutions.
