Your technical acumen allows you to utilize tools like Google Analytics and FullStory to derive analytical patterns and identify areas for improvement. You are proficient in creating detailed test suites and maintaining a requirements traceability matrix to align with production quality goals.

What you'll do

As a Business Test Analyst at DAZN, you will perform exploratory testing on production systems across various devices and regions to identify issues. You will analyze user flows and create funnels for different product user journey scenarios, generating actionable insights for the development team. Your role will involve maintaining communication with stakeholders, providing updates intuitively, and ensuring alignment with production quality goals.

You will support release planning by understanding the release scope and planning the validation scope accordingly. Your ability to discover elements and analyze user flows will be crucial in identifying both good and impacted scenarios. You will also be responsible for creating reports for executive consumption, showcasing your findings and recommendations based on your analyses.
