DAZN is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work closely with cross-functional teams in the mobile and TV application domain. You'll be responsible for requirement gathering, validation, and quality assurance, requiring strong analytical and technical skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience as a Technical Business Analyst, particularly in the mobile and TV application domain, and possess exceptional analytical skills that allow you to translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements. Your strong technical acumen enables you to collaborate effectively with development, QA, and leadership teams to ensure high-quality application delivery across various devices.
You are comfortable working under tight deadlines and can stretch your working hours to meet critical release timelines. Your documentation skills are top-notch, allowing you to create functional and non-functional requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and wireframes with attention to detail. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will gather and analyze requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business objectives. You will maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment with project goals and track requirement changes, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders. Working closely with QA teams, you will validate that implementations meet the specified requirements and conduct user acceptance testing to provide feedback to development teams.
As the primary point of contact between technical teams, QA, and the project manager, you will organize and facilitate meetings to discuss project progress and address any potential roadblocks or technical challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
