As a Forecast Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Customer Service team is adequately staffed to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and schedule adherence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to tackle challenges head-on, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
You possess strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable being the first point of contact in any crisis situation. Your ability to identify, report, and resolve issues will be key to supporting both customers and Customer Service agents. You are committed to continuous improvement and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to the success of DAZN's operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Operations teams to monitor staffing levels and ensure that customer service agents are available to assist customers around the clock. You will analyze data to forecast demand and make staffing recommendations that align with business needs. Your insights will help shape the scheduling process, ensuring that DAZN can deliver on its promise of providing accessible and affordable sports to fans worldwide.
You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with team members and management, providing updates on staffing levels and any potential issues that may arise. Your proactive approach will help mitigate risks and ensure that the Customer Service team can operate smoothly, even during peak times.
