What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee two teams of talented engineers, guiding them through the development process and ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed. You will be responsible for managing the development initiatives, working closely with product managers and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality software. You will support your teams in their technical discussions and help them optimize their time by reducing context switching.

You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation within your teams. This includes encouraging experimentation with new technologies and approaches, sharing best practices, and promoting a culture of learning and growth. You will have the option to contribute to coding alongside your teams or focus solely on management responsibilities. Your role will involve setting clear goals for your teams, providing regular feedback, and ensuring that they are aligned with the company's objectives.
