What you'll do

As a Technology Business Analyst at Point72, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s IT infrastructure and engineering capabilities. You will track and analyze budgets, headcount, vendor spends, and key programs to support informed decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating messaging across Infrastructure leadership to ensure clarity and consistency, as well as driving organizational initiatives by partnering closely with Technology, HR, and Finance teams. You will document processes, standards, and operating procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement along the way. Your ability to translate messaging to meet the needs of different stakeholder audiences will be essential in this role.
