Overview

DAZN is hiring a TechOps Engineer to manage operational performance for their digital streaming platform. You'll ensure KPI and SLA adherence while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers. This position requires 3-4 years of experience in operational support.

Who you are

You have 3-4 years of experience in operational support, particularly in managing the performance of production deployments. Your background includes hands-on experience with digital streaming platforms, allowing you to understand the unique challenges and requirements of this industry. You excel in relationship management, effectively communicating with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Your ability to navigate operational challenges and provide updates to senior leadership demonstrates your strong communication skills and strategic thinking.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational performance of DAZN's production deployment, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met. You will work closely with key commercial customers, providing account management and support to enhance their experience with our services. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leadership teams to communicate operational challenges and progress, ensuring that the team is aligned and effectively navigating any issues that arise. You will also be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment that supports operational excellence.
