Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with experience in the fintech sector. You understand the nuances of public-sector finance and can translate complex product features into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with finance leaders in government, higher education, and healthcare. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, is essential for success in this role. You are skilled in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform your strategies and ensure that your product positioning stands out in a crowded marketplace.

You are adept at creating high-impact enablement materials that empower sales teams and enhance customer understanding of product offerings. Your experience in planning and executing product-focused webinars and virtual events will help drive customer education and engagement. You thrive in environments where you can lead initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring that product launches are successful and that adoption rates meet or exceed expectations.

What you'll do

As a Product Marketing Manager at DebtBook, you will own the go-to-market strategy for new products and major feature launches. This includes developing clear and compelling product positioning and value propositions that resonate with public-sector finance leaders. You will serve as the primary marketing partner to the Product team, gaining a deep understanding of our platform and customer needs to translate product capabilities into customer-centric stories.

You will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to build high-impact enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, buyer personas, and customer-facing presentations. Planning, organizing, and executing product-focused webinars, demos, and virtual events will be key to supporting launches, pipeline generation, and customer education. Additionally, you will lead competitive and market research to inform positioning, messaging, and sales strategy, including win/loss insights.

What we offer

We offer a collaborative work environment where your contributions will directly impact our mission. Join us in revolutionizing the way finance teams work and unlock strategic insights for local governments, higher education institutions, and healthcare organizations.
