Who you are
You have a strong background in web analytics and tracking, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager allows you to derive actionable insights from complex data sets, helping to drive marketing strategies effectively. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify trends and anomalies in user behavior. Your ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders ensures that data-driven decisions are made across the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement tracking solutions that align with business goals.
Desirable
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
