Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong understanding of how to drive insights across the marketing and sales funnel. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to maintain and evolve marketing performance reporting and dashboards effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with data teams to ensure that marketing performance data is trusted and actionable.
You are proficient in SQL and have experience with Google Analytics, enabling you to analyze data and surface insights that influence strategy and execution. Your ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment is complemented by your proactive approach to bringing insights and recommendations forward. You understand the importance of data quality and tracking, and you are skilled at identifying gaps that could impact marketing performance.
Desirable
Experience with marketing operations tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with ad hoc analysis for marketing and leadership stakeholders. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and have a knack for communicating complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the marketing performance reporting end-to-end, from maintaining core marketing metrics to building datasets and dashboards. You will analyze how leads are generated across online and offline channels, tracking their movement through the sales cycle to understand what drives conversion, efficiency, and revenue.
