You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in payroll solutions, with a proven track record of optimizing processes and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You understand the complexities of global payroll and have experience working with diverse teams to implement effective solutions. Your analytical skills allow you to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that payroll processes are efficient and compliant with local regulations. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the payroll operations team, overseeing the execution of payroll processes for employees in over 150 countries.
