What you'll do

As the QA Lead Engineer at Deepgram, you will be responsible for defining and executing the quality assurance strategy for our voice AI platform. You will lead a team of QA engineers, guiding them in best practices for testing and ensuring that our products are reliable and performant. Your role involves collaborating closely with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle, ensuring that quality is built into our products from the ground up.

You will oversee the creation of test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance product quality. You will also be responsible for reporting on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders, providing insights that drive decision-making.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will stay hands-on with testing activities, participating in the testing of critical features and functionalities. You will advocate for quality across the organization, promoting a culture that values thorough testing and continuous improvement.
