What you'll do

As the Lead QA Engineer at DroneDeploy, you will be responsible for driving the quality assurance strategy and ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards of reliability and performance. You will collaborate with engineering teams to define quality metrics and implement testing frameworks that support our rapid development cycles. Your role will involve designing and executing comprehensive test plans, as well as leading efforts to automate testing processes where possible.

You will play a key role in influencing the effectiveness and velocity of over 70 engineers, ensuring that quality is a shared responsibility across the organization. By proactively identifying potential quality issues and implementing preventive measures, you will help maintain customer trust as we scale our platform. Your insights and recommendations will be critical in shaping our approach to quality and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
