Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, with experience in creating user-centered designs that simplify complex concepts. You are proficient in design tools like Figma and Notion, and you understand how to build and evolve design systems to enhance user experience. Your ability to conduct user research allows you to deeply understand customer needs and translate insights into actionable design decisions. You are passionate about making technology accessible and enjoyable for users, particularly in the context of AI governance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design aligns with both user needs and business goals.
What you'll do
As a Product Designer at Deeploy, you will own the end-to-end user experience, from initial concepts to polished interfaces. You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the product meets the needs of compliance officers, data scientists, and CTOs. You will work closely with the engineering team to implement your designs and iterate based on user feedback. Your role will involve evolving the existing design system, making it more robust and user-friendly. You will also be responsible for simplifying complex AI governance concepts into clear and intuitive experiences that empower users.
