Product Designer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with experience in creating user-centered designs that enhance the user experience. You are a Figma power user, familiar with auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and component-driven design workflows. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to advocate for design and align with cross-functional teams effectively.

You have a proven ability to own the design system that supports rapid development across product verticals, ensuring visual and interaction consistency. Your experience includes designing end-to-end user experiences, from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff. You understand the importance of evolving design identities thoughtfully, extending existing patterns without reinventing them.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the design system that supports rapid development across all product verticals, ensuring visual and interaction consistency. You will design end-to-end user experiences across Cards, Bill Pay, and Treasury—from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff. Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will bring high-impact features to life.

You will establish and maintain scalable Figma libraries and documentation for efficient design iteration. Your advocacy for UX excellence will be crucial in ensuring that the design fidelity is maintained in production, working closely with engineers during the design QA process. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of Parker’s design identity, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s mission to empower independent business owners.
