You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly within the enterprise SaaS market, where you've successfully delivered high-impact products that align with business goals. Your strategic thinking skills enable you to define and contribute to product vision and strategy effectively. You are comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that product development aligns with user needs and market trends. Your experience with leveraging AI technologies to improve product efficiency and engagement is a significant asset. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success and user satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience with user research and A/B testing methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with product marketing and external engagement strategies. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are adept at using analytics to inform product direction. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can advocate for user needs while aligning with business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for Degreedβs application, focusing on key elements that evolve based on business priorities. You will spend approximately 25% of your time on strategic planning, where you will outline the vision and direction for the product. Another 25% will be dedicated to product marketing and external engagement, ensuring that the product resonates with users and meets market demands. The remaining 50% of your time will be spent on operational execution, where you will oversee the development process, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of product features. You will also leverage AI technologies to enhance user engagement and improve overall product effectiveness. Your role will involve continuous iteration based on user feedback and market analysis, ensuring that Degreed remains at the forefront of the upskilling industry.
