You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the enterprise SaaS market, where you've successfully delivered high-impact products that align with business goals. Your strategic thinking skills allow you to define and contribute to product vision and strategy effectively. You are comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that you can adapt to evolving business priorities. Your expertise in leveraging AI technologies enhances your ability to improve product efficiency and user engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success. You are passionate about lifelong learning and understand the importance of building a culture that attracts and retains top talent.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Degreedβs application, focusing on key elements that will evolve based on business priorities. You will spend approximately 25% of your time on strategic planning, where you will analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product direction. Another 25% will be dedicated to product marketing and external engagement, ensuring that stakeholders are aligned with the product strategy. The remaining 50% will involve operational execution, where you will oversee the development process, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of product features. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and A/B testing to validate product decisions and enhance user experience. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including executives, to articulate product strategy and progress.
