Deliveroo is hiring a Restaurant Onboarding Associate to support newly signed partners in their first two months on the platform. You'll work closely with restaurants to ensure they are equipped for success and comfortable with the tools provided. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for food.

What you'll do
As a Restaurant Onboarding Associate, you will be the primary contact for newly signed restaurants, guiding them through their initial two months on the Deliveroo platform. You will ensure that partners are competent with the tools provided, helping them create engaging adverts and optimize their menus. Your role will involve handling outbound calls to address any issues and maintain a smooth onboarding experience. You will collaborate with the Manchester Team, including Sales and Account Managers, to ensure our partners feel supported and engaged throughout their onboarding process.
What we offer
Deliveroo offers a competitive base salary of £26,600, with the potential for a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly. Once you pass probation, you will have the opportunity for hybrid working, allowing you to balance your time between the office and remote work.
