Who you are
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field β you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to tackle complex operational challenges. Your experience with Excel and Google Sheets allows you to manipulate data effectively, while familiarity with SQL is a strong plus that enhances your analytical capabilities.
You are an effective communicator in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. You are curious and proactive, demonstrating a strong team player mentality and the willingness to challenge the status quo to drive improvements.
What you'll do
As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will be part of the Deliveroo Belgium Operations team, where your primary responsibility will be to support day-to-day performance and long-term strategy. You will utilize available data sources to monitor operational performance, building dashboards and reports to track delivery network KPIs. Your insights will help identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
You will contribute to the design and execution of operational improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing delivery network performance. Collaborating with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams, you will support the implementation of processes and frameworks that enhance efficiency and service quality. Your role will also involve conducting deep-dive analyses to justify recommendations and support decision-making, proposing practical solutions to enhance Deliverooβs operational model in Belgium.
