Who you are
You are currently studying at a university in Belgium and are eager to gain hands-on experience in account management or sales. You possess strong commercial skills, knowing how to negotiate and maintain a quality portfolio while anticipating sales discussions. Your analytical mindset allows you to analyze data effectively, ensuring that you can identify the causes of problems and monitor compliance with contractual commitments.
You are passionate about building long-lasting partnerships and have a keen interest in the Food Tech industry. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team will enable you to thrive in this role. You are proactive and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks, ensuring that you contribute positively to the teamβs objectives.
What you'll do
As an Account Operation Associate Intern, you will manage the operations of a portfolio of partner stores, ensuring that targets are met and that the commercial success of your partners is achieved. You will oversee the deployment and expansion of your portfolio, working closely on their marketing campaigns to enhance brand performance. Your role will involve daily data analysis to monitor the performance of your partners and the Deliveroo operations, allowing you to identify areas for improvement.
You will report to the Head of New Verticals and collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless experience for Deliveroo users. Your responsibilities will include managing the success of On Demand Groceries, ensuring that users have access to what they want, when and where they want it. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with contractual commitments made with ODG partners, fostering a privileged partnership that benefits both parties.
