Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing management, particularly in developing and executing promotional strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth. Your background includes working in fast-paced environments where you have successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret performance metrics and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies effectively.

You are adept at leveraging promotions and value propositions to influence customer behavior strategically. Your experience includes establishing frameworks for testing and learning, ensuring that marketing initiatives are continuously optimized for effectiveness. You understand the importance of customer-centric methodologies and have a proven track record of improving brand experiences through targeted merchandising and promotional activities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Marketing Director for the Middle East and be responsible for defining and executing promotional strategies aligned with Deliveroo's business goals. You will conduct quarterly planning sessions to identify promotional best practices and uncover future growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Central Marketing and local teams to ensure that promotional activities are effectively communicated and executed.

You will analyze past promotional performance to inform future strategies and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities. Your role will also involve measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities, driving improvements in processes to scale delivery, and enhancing the overall brand experience for customers.
