InDebted is seeking a Managing Director to lead their operations in the UAE. You'll be responsible for driving enterprise growth and establishing the company as a benchmark for compliant, digital-first collections in the region. This role requires significant leadership experience and a strong understanding of market dynamics.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in leadership roles, ideally within the financial services or digital collections sectors — you've successfully driven growth and operational performance in complex markets. Your background includes managing P&L responsibilities and establishing strong client relationships, particularly in the UAE or similar markets.
You possess a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, ensuring that your strategies align with local laws and industry standards. Your ability to navigate the dynamics of the UAE market will be crucial as you lead the go-to-market strategy for InDebted.
You are skilled in building and managing high-performing teams — you understand the importance of hiring the right talent and fostering a collaborative environment that drives results. Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and development, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.
What you'll do
As the Managing Director for the UAE, you will be accountable for the commercial growth and operational performance of InDebted in the region. You will lead the development and execution of the UAE go-to-market strategy, focusing on establishing partnerships with banks, telcos, utilities, and BNPLs.
You will spearhead the expansion of InDebted's services beyond ADCB, ensuring that the company's offerings are tailored to meet the unique needs of the UAE market. Your role will involve close collaboration with global product, compliance, and operations teams to align local strategies with the company's overall objectives.
You will be responsible for building and leading a small but effective local team, including hiring a Business Development Lead. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving a relationship-driven enterprise entry model that resonates with clients in the UAE.
