Who you are

You have a strong background in strategy and operations, with experience in driving growth initiatives across various markets and segments. Your analytical thinking skills allow you to conduct deep dives into performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to structure insights clearly for senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making processes. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Analytics, to translate strategy into actionable plans. Your commercial judgment is sound, allowing you to assess performance gaps and inform new initiatives effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will shape growth strategies by working closely with senior team members to identify key opportunities across markets and segments. You will conduct analytical deep-dives to size opportunities and assess performance gaps, providing insights that support decision-making. You will own the tracking and reporting of key consumer KPIs, collaborating with Analytics and Data Science teams to build frameworks for performance monitoring. Additionally, you will lead specific workstreams within broader cross-functional programs, focusing on target segment strategies to enhance consumer engagement and retention. Your contributions will directly impact Deliveroo's ability to grow and monetize its customer base effectively.
