You have experience in managing complex customer engagements and are driven to identify and share key insights with customers. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their objectives and challenges. You are data-driven and possess the ability to analyze customer needs to ensure they realize full value from their relationship with Stackline. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to customer success.

What you'll do

As a Customer Strategy Manager, you will function as the backbone of our customer-facing team. You will build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, objectives, and challenges. Conducting regular business reviews will be a key part of your role, allowing you to share insights and strategies that help customers achieve their desired outcomes. You will work closely with various teams within Stackline to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancements. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that customers are aware of the full range of services available to them. You will also be responsible for tracking customer satisfaction metrics and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
