What you'll do

As a Full Stack Engineer at Delve, you will be responsible for shipping full-stack product features that enhance our core application and AI-powered workflows. You will translate high-level product goals into concrete implementations, making smart trade-offs in speed, scope, and user experience. Your role will involve working closely with engineers and product teams across sprints to ensure alignment and rapid progress. You will touch every part of the stack, from frontend development with React to backend services using Node.js and PostgreSQL. Your ability to work independently and efficiently will be crucial as you design and build solutions that meet user needs and drive the company's mission forward.
