What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for Dialpad Support, an AI-powered contact center solution. You will work closely with Engineering and Design teams to develop features that enhance how customers provide services to their users. Your responsibilities will include defining product vision, conducting user research, and collaborating with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance and iterating on features based on user feedback.

You will engage with various stakeholders, including customer experience teams, to drive alignment and ensure that the product meets market needs.
