What you'll do
As a Software Engineer at Dialpad, you will take ownership of the Client Hosts roadmap, working on building, supporting, and maintaining application wrappers that function seamlessly in both browser and native desktop environments. Your contributions will be critical in supporting the entire Product Engineering Organization, which consists of over 100 engineers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications you develop meet the needs of our customers and enhance their experience with our platform. You will engage in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Your work will directly impact how businesses communicate with their customers, making every conversation matter.
