What you'll do

As a Senior Cloud Engineer at DigiCert, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end cloud architectures that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. This includes ensuring high availability, resiliency, scalability, and observability of cloud services. You will lead cloud adoption and modernization efforts, collaborating with various teams to align cloud strategies with business objectives.

You will engage in solution architecture and design, focusing on compute, storage, networking, data, and security aspects of cloud infrastructures. Your role will involve optimizing services for global accessibility and reliability, ensuring that the platform integrates seamlessly with other cloud-native applications.

In addition, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices within the architect group. Your ability to mediate conflicts and adapt to changing technologies will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes. You will also be responsible for evaluating new technologies and tools that can enhance the organization's cloud capabilities.
