What you'll do
As an Associate Authentication Analyst at DigiCert, you will be responsible for executing validation scripts and reviewing completed test results to ensure the quality of our validation products. You will interact with customers via phone, chat, and email, projecting a professional company image while addressing their inquiries. Your role will involve researching customer organizations and verifying contact details online, as well as analyzing validation test data to determine the effectiveness of our systems. You will document trends in customer calls and alert supervisors to any significant findings, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
