What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Specialist at DigiCert, you will be responsible for executing validation scripts and reviewing completed test results. Your role will involve packaging these results into a Transferable validation product, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards. You will answer pre-sales and customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.

In addition to direct customer interactions, you will analyze validation test data to determine whether systems are functioning as intended. By recognizing patterns and trends in customer calls, you will alert supervisors to any issues that may arise, contributing to continuous improvement in our services. Your proactive approach will help ensure that DigiCert maintains its reputation as a leader in intelligent trust.

What we offer

DigiCert offers a full-time hybrid schedule, requiring in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will work 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $19.23 plus a 5% annual bonus.
