Who you are

You have a solid background in accounting, with experience in managing reconciliations and journal entries. Your attention to detail ensures that all business transactions are accurately verified and posted in the accounting system. You are proficient in using accounting software, particularly NetSuite, and have a strong understanding of general ledger and subledger reconciliations.

Your communication and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively collaborate with regional teams across the globe. You are flexible with shift timings and can adapt to the needs of the organization. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is part of your skill set, enabling you to manage data efficiently and contribute to process improvements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will verify and post details about business transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will perform bank reconciliations and manage prepaid schedules along with monthly reconciliations. Your responsibilities will also include managing fixed assets, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.

You will contribute to and improve reconciliation processes, participating actively in month-end close activities, including the preparation of journal entries. Additionally, you will assist on various projects as needed, supporting regional teams during their accounting activities. Your role is crucial in maintaining accurate records of payments, including inter-company transactions, which are essential for the financial health of the organization.
