You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in technical environments. You thrive on variety and can quickly adapt to new challenges, ensuring that critical initiatives are completed on time. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and build partnerships with technical teams is key to your success in this role.
You possess a keen understanding of security, compliance, and PKI operations, which allows you to effectively manage projects that involve regulatory requirements and external dependencies. Your experience in fast-moving or high-stakes environments has equipped you with the skills to deliver results under pressure.
Desirable
Exposure to security frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, or ISO audits is a plus. You have a track record of successful project delivery and are comfortable managing projects with complex dependencies. Your ability to assess project needs quickly and align stakeholders is essential for driving initiatives to completion.
What you'll do
As a Technical Project Manager at DigiCert, you will drive critical, time-bound initiatives across various teams, including security, compliance, and PKI operations. You will establish project structures and cadences where none exist, ensuring that projects are well-organized and executed efficiently. Your role will involve assessing project requirements, building stakeholder alignment, and creating sustainable processes for project delivery.
You will be responsible for managing 2-3 month delivery cycles on projects that are crucial to the organization. This includes collaborating with technical teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and that any potential risks are mitigated. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be vital in ensuring project success.
