Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in healthcare technology, particularly in EHR integrations and data interoperability — your experience enables you to navigate complex healthcare environments and understand the nuances of clinical data workflows. You are skilled in project management best practices, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams makes you a valuable liaison in any project setting.

You possess a deep understanding of EHR workflows and the importance of seamless data exchange in healthcare — this knowledge allows you to anticipate challenges and proactively address them. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance with legal and ethical standards. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage multiple EHR integration and data ingestion projects, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met. You will serve as the primary liaison between external healthcare organizations and internal engineering teams, facilitating smooth onboarding and efficient communication. Your responsibilities will include driving the successful execution of clinical data integration projects, collaborating across teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned.

You will be responsible for developing project plans, defining project scope, and managing resources effectively. You will also monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

We offer a collaborative work environment where your contributions will directly impact patient outcomes. You will have opportunities for professional growth and development, working alongside experts in the field of healthcare technology.
